家中电脑被断网 陈光福要告网络服务商 Sep 11th 2013, 00:50 旅美盲人维权人士陈光诚的哥哥陈光福上周从北京返回家乡的第二天，发现家中的电脑被断网，令他无法与在美国的弟弟陈光诚及在外打工的女儿通过互联网沟通。陈光福星期二告诉本台记者，他在和网络服务商交涉，计划状告对方。陈光福表示，他天天给网络服务商打电话，他不认可网络服务商做出的不切合实际的理由。陈光福表示，他没有欠费，他已经联系了律师要起诉，现在只有通过法律讨说法。
