湖南永州市冷水滩区法院程序违法打压维权代表 Aug 30th 2013, 19:01  （参与2013年8月30日讯）今天，湖南省永州市冷水滩区金水湾商场维权代表蒋朝元表示，因其为金水湾经营户集体维权，被金水湾商场告至湖南省永州市冷水滩区法院，但是在法院未有判决及没有协商结果的情况下被冷水滩区法院告至限其三天内搬离金水湾商场，否则强制执行。                                                                                          维权代表蒋朝元表示，这是对他的打压，在现在租期未满的情况下，法院要求其限期搬离金水湾商场是程序上面违法，法院应该在判决之后或者协商一致的情况下才能够作出限期搬离及强制执行。                                                                                                        金水湾商场经营户维权代表蒋朝元：13874384627  参与首发，转载请注明出处。（www.canyu.org）
